I am a 30 year old male that has been around dogs my whole life, mainly hunting dogs. Have been watching schutzhund for the last 4 to 5 years. Moved to Canada from the USA 2 years ago. Decided that it was finally time to stop being a spectator of the sport and be a part of it. Love the dedication it takes to do the sport. Like hanging out with people who have a passion for training dogs.

Why Schutzhund?:
Because of the discipline it takes, the people you meet. Not everyone can do the sport. So not only is it a test for you as a person but its a test for your dog as well. Its fun and you get to hang out with lots of people who are all there for the same reasons, to train their dog and help train yours.
Best part of Schutzhund?:
The team work you get within the club and the schutzhund community. Your success is not your own, its shared among the many members that help reach your goals. So the best part is to see everyone's success and smiles achived through hardwork in training.
What are your goals in Schutzhund?:
To go to the Worlds and represent our club there.
